Dog or cat? For Artificial Intelligence, it is easy to decree whether one or the other is seen in an image. But, when it comes to more complex tasks, preventing customer abandonment, creating a model for fraud detection, or measuring the propensity to purchase by a specific group of users, how do you go about using Machine Learning?

Human behaviour depends on so many factors, plus it changes over time: habits, new lifestyles, market trends, ecc.

.

So, how is it possible to effectively predict phenomena, perhaps with little data available?

Our own Federico Rucci, Head of Data Science Operations, talks about it in his article published in Medium.

A little spoiler: the good news is that, even if the phenomenon to be predicted changes over time, and even if you have little data available, you can still get something good and useful for your business.

It is not magic, it is about choosing the correct algorithm.

Find out how AI works; more and more companies are using it to predict phenomena and direct purchasing choices.
