You now know that if you apply for a job position, your CV will most likely be analysed by Artificial Intelligence software. One way of applying AI to typical HR processes, but not the only one: this technology also helps retain talent in the company, assess performance, invest in the right training, and look after people's well-being by anticipating critical issues.
